TeachOnline@UW summer sessions – Apply by April 30

The TeachOnline@UW Program will offer two courses during the summer – a great opportunity to get a quick start on developing your online courses.

Participants will have the opportunity to explore and experience research-based online course design and teaching best practices in the courses: “Plan & Design” and “Facilitation & Management.”  Both will be offered in an accelerated timeframe and mostly online to complete over the summer before the fall semester begins.

Open to UW-Madison faculty and instructional staff, this free program places instructors in the role of an online learner, providing the added benefit of experiencing what it is like to be an online student. Stipends will be provided based on completion of the learning community courses: $1,500 for completing two courses; $750 for completing one course.
